Frak!  Moments ago I received what seemed to be an overdue text message informing me that the latest Webisode was online.  While I admit to enjoying these 2 - 4 minutes fragments of Battlestar Galactica it's not like I sit around checking scifi.com every hour to see if there's a new installment.   The text message alerts seem to work just fine.  What I wasn't prepared for, however, was the creepy surprise awaiting me at scifi.com.  It's so disconcerting that I'm not even going to link to it.   At first I scrolled down the alphabetical listing on the left side of the screen to find Sci Fi Channel.   That just took me to something called The Sci Fi Channel Archive and I couldn't find anything I wanted.  It turns out there's a cleverly obvious logo in the upper left hand corner of the page.  At first it's just a logo but if you spend enough time clicking around it eventually reads "continue to scifi.com".  What the frak?  I look up in the little address bar and it already indicates I'm at scifi.com.  Having nothing to lose I click on it and inexplicably jump to the familiar website.   Luckily things haven't changed too much and I still had to sit through the 30 second werewolf promo in order to see the 3 minutes of new "Face of the Enemy" footage.

One sidenote of possible interest.  That annoying scifiwire page advertises a brand new Caprica trailer.   I'm surprised at this point that I was surprised when I tried to click on the MONDAY link only to discover that it's not even a link.  I had to go to the top menu and select VIDEO to get a content list.  There's a reference to "the one true god" which caught my attention but overall it wasn't a particularly gripping clip.   If you want to see it I'll try to save you the trouble of frakking around at that site.  I have minimal hope that this link will work:  JUMP!

A  final note  . . . the crappy wire website advertises a new BSG promo premiering there tomorrow.   I can't promise I'll bring you the link but I'll make every effort to roll the hard six.
