For the life of me I don't understand why countless people have checked in here, of all places, to see what *I* thought of the finale.  The evolution of this website has amazed me on many levels.  It started as a mere joke on a hot and boring  summer day - during the long Hiatus between Seasons 3 and 4.   I started blogging and kept up with it pretty well until real life interrupted the silliness.  Although the show remained a constant in my life this little website took up a background position.  The article on the scifi wire site sent our visitor count to another galaxy and I tried to have more of a presence although it's been admittedly minor.   None of this makes me in any way ready to "officially" comment on the end of the series.

 

It was fitting, however, that I got together with friends to view the finale.  Not only are they the same friends who introduced me to Battlestar Galactica but they helped me get this site up and running.  They were here for the Season 3 finale and the ride couldn't end without their presence.   I thank them.  I toast them.  To Galactica.  To good friends.  So say we all.  So say we all!
