At long last the day I have anticipated with equal amounts of excitement and dread is here.   As I type SciFi is airing the first episode of today's marathon.  Sure I've seen "The Son Also Rises" countless times but today is special and I need to see it in its entirety.  I figure there's plenty of time to complete this blog and then fast forward the commercials and catch up fairly easily.  I might have to stop the time shifting just a bit if I catch an airing of the Season 4.5 promo because I just can't get enough of it.   It's just 12 1/2 hours until the new episode and I haven't yet decided on the perfect drink.  I have a bottle of wine with a label that reads "Earth" that I picked up just after "Revelations" first aired.  This could be the perfect time to open it or I may stick with a new recipe that I'll be posting a bit later.  It's called "Hot Cylon Love".  I kind of think of it as a Gaius Baltar drink.  So check back later this afternoon when the drink goes online.  If you're stuck at work and can't enjoy the marathon but have internet streaming capability you might want to catch up on the YOU WILL KNOW THE TRUTH bits.  I kind of got behind with them myself and it was a lot of fun to watch them one after another.  They either make the identity of the Final Cylon pretty obvious or it's an obvious attempt to throw us off.  Who can ever be sure with this show - which is really a huge part of the charm.  So say we all!
