I'm not sure how long this treasure has been up on the scifi.com website but "Catch the Frak Up!" is a fun recap of the series through Season 4.0.  As usual, if you're a slacker frakker who hasn't yet made the effort to watch the most recent episodes you should avoid the video.  If you are current on your viewing it's a great way to spend 13 minutes of your day.  I actually have it playing in another window while I type this blog so I'm devoting no less than 26 minutes to it today.  (How cool would it be if I could claim 33 minutes?)    You'll most likely remember the first part of this recap but the witty fast-talking narrator cues us in with the line, "Okay, now here's the new stuff."  That comes with 5 minutes of newer footage culled from the regular website summaries.  For what it's worth that's twice the length of Webisode 3!   I'm really starting to gear up for the final episodes but seriously wonder what I'm going to do with my life after March 20.  If anybody knows of a good Battlestar Galactica Withdrawal support group please let me know cuz I'm sure going to need it!
