As served during our viewing of the Battlestar Galactica Midseason Finale.  So say we all.
 
"Sparkling Ambrosia"                                    
 
1 oz Creme De Menthe                                       
2 oz Canadian Whiskey
Top off each glass with sparkling wine
(serves 4)
 
Combine Creme De Menthe and Whiskey in shaker with  3 cubes of crushed ice.  Pour evenly into 4 champagne glasses and top off with sparkling wine. 

RECOMMENDED: half way through episode,  fill empty glasses with the rest of the sparkling wine.  Feel free to do this sooner especially if you have not already indulged in a full evening of sampling our recipes.
