I'm really tempted to box the Felix Fling.  This creep doesn't deserve to have such a happy drink named in his honor.   "The Oath" was such a powerful episode I didn't know what to think when it ended.   Like poor Colonel Tigh (and later several of the fleet) I almost felt voyeuristic with the opening scenes of domesticity in the Admiral's quarters but I quickly shifted to a mood of disbelief as Felix Frakking Gaeta somehow managed to plan, organize, and execute a military coup.  How the frak did he do all that?  I've been too mentally drained to manage my usual Saturday morning rewatch but I had the distinct feeling that only a couple of days had passed since the events of the previous week.  I'm also a bit confused with the timeline of the webisodes.  I seem to remember (but, you also need to remember, I'm too exhausted to even rewatch that first webisode!) that those events occurred 8 days after the discovery of a decimated Earth.  If there's anyone out there with a clearer head please drop a comment and ease my addled brain.

On a sidenote I will admit that I am REALLY enjoying how the scenes I've been watching for months in promo trailers are finally fitting into the overall storyline.  These producers are more clever than most when it comes to screwing with our perceptions.  I think the folks that put together those teasers deserves some sort of editing award!

I have one final note.  Is it just me or is there something weird about the way Richard Hatch's hair sits on his head?  It's like it's too small for his face?  Too much like a wig?  Too 1980's?  I can't pinpoint it but I continue to find it a distraction.
